There is nothing more relaxing after a long week at work than to spend the weekend at a cabin up in the mountains or relaxing in a bungalow on the beach. For some it is only a dream, but for those fortunate few it is a reality. While the decision to buy a vacation home may have come easily, the choices in decor are never that simple.

A common dilemma when deciding on the style of your vacation home is how much or how little to decorate. For some a vacation home is a place to visit for a couple weeks each summer and an occasional weekend here and there so not a lot design is required.
